Order Processing and Production
All Velaro timepieces are prepared and assembled to order. Please allow 7 to 10 business days for order processing and production before shipment.
Once your watch has been completed and quality checked, it will be carefully packaged and dispatched.
Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays.
Shipping and Delivery
We offer complimentary delivery across the United Kingdom on all orders.

Shipping Confirmation and Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information so you can follow the progress of your delivery.
Duties and Taxes
All orders shipped within the United Kingdom include applicable duties and taxes in the final purchase price. No additional import fees will apply to UK deliveries.
Delivery Responsibility
Velaro Watches is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs clearance processes, or circumstances outside our control.
